Being Australian pioneers in eCommerce has meant that Sporty's has had a lot of time to refine their admin workflow and improve internal systems to meet their customers' needs. MeMedia have been the support Sporty's has needed to constantly evolve their user and admin shopping experience.
Not only is this user-friendly website great for incoming Google smartphone searches, but also to receive social media referral traffic. While front-end usability improvements have always been a priority, so too has the web administration. The optimisation of order management, customer relationship management, and shipping and handling procedures has allowed the growth in web sales to continue without increasing the admin workload. Custom developed plugins include eParcel one click shipping plugin, Mobile website, CRM tools, auto-responder emails and reminders, Facebook Commerce, and Banner CMS.
